In My Suitcase: part 92,384
Clearly, I am having a problem remaining stuck in one spot, this summer. I don’t think I’ve traveled this much in years. I mean, really, I haven’t and I’m not done, yet. We’re headed to my big brother’s wedding shower in Boston, this weekend, and then down to Orlando (home of Buzz, Harry Potter, vegan restaurants and, of course, Nana and Popi) in less than a month. Yes, it’s our last little pre-victory tour before we three are four. Gavin will arrive in style, sometime in Late October and I believe it will be then that our traveling shall cease for a bit. I have no high hopes for getting anything read, this weekend as it’s a short trip, during most of which we will be in transit and shuffling things about. I am, however, halfway done with a few exciting little stories and I picked up the second in a set that I’ve enjoyed, thus far, so I’m packing three and hoping for the best.
And with that, I think I need to ask the question, now, as I’ve been sort of winging it my own way, during the summer of love and travel.
Bloggers: What is your vacation blog style?
Do you post while on the road or beach?
Do you pre-write/review and set everything up to go before you go?
Do you simply haul out and abandon ship during your away time?
Do you pre-post long rambling thoughts? Reviews, mostly? Or do you do quick, twitter-style, road-friendly blurbs?
I try to have posts ready before I go out of town. I hope you have a great time in your travels.
I also preschedule before I go, and have everything post automatically. It takes some work, but I think it’s easier in the long run.
I usually abandon ship … I’m rarely ahead enough to preschedule stuff!
