A quick post as we’re about to head out to Bua, our amazing, neighborhood Thai spot (which I highly recommend if you’re in the area).
To wrap up, this week I had two fun but very different books on the schedule. A heartwarming teenage coming of age story, The Queen of Kentucky, and the pretty intense domestic violence spotlight, More Like Her, both made a lasting impact on my reading list, for the future. Both looked much girlier and fluffy than they turned out to be.
I’m reading Maureen Johnson’s The Name of the Star, right now and I’m enjoying it a great deal. Oops! Off to dinner, y’all! Happy Sunday!

Enjoy your dinner! I love when books that look fun and fluffy are, but end up having a little bit of depth to them.
